I’ve been using OneNote for all of my college classes for four years now, and it is a lifesaver! These are my top 10 reasons why I love OneNote, along with some examples of how I make it work for me: 1. How to setup OneNote Class Notebook. First, log in to Office 365. Find the Class Notebook icon, either on the main screen or in the waffle menu at the top left of the page. Click Class Notebook to open the application. Create a class notebook; Name the class and click Next. Review the notebook's organizational structure and click Next. As we know, we can use 'TAB' to set different level for onenote page contents. Then we can double click to 'Collapse' or 'Expand' them for outline view. But I found that after I did 'Send to OneNote' in Outlook, the page in OneNote will add a 'Collapse'/'Expand' hyperlink automatically.
